To cut or not to cut...that is the question

So I'm trying to decide if I want to cut my hair off. It's been 10 years since I've had short hair and I'm feeling it's time for a change...a dramatic one.  

I'm fastly approaching 40 (May 1st) and so I decided to bite the BIG one and cut my hair....here are the before and after photos.....

It is so nice washing and blow drying....
