Feel Lost without the Internet...Catching up

The Alamo....and a beautiful catholic church that I cannot remember the name of at this moment, and us at the Riverwalk...

Well we just spent the past 3 days in San Antonio Texas with no internet and boy do I feel lost...amazing how much we depend on it to keep in touch. We headed to San Antonio on Tuesday, July 8th..got in around 6 pm and checked into our hotel, the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa, it was a very nice resort. They offered a lazy river which the boys had a great time on. We spent our first night relaxing after a long drive.

We woke up on Wednesday the 9th and headed to downtown San Antonio to the Riverwalk. Have to say what a dissapointment this was, the river ride was nice but wasn't worth the cost of gas, hotel and time it took us to get there, we also were able to see the Alamo which was cool except for the fact that it is right downtown amongst all of the shopping malls, etc.

On Thursday, we went to Six Flags, what a waste of money, Mitchell couldn't ride on any of the roller coasters...he was 2" too short...but of course he was over 48" tall to pay an adult fare to get in...go figure.

The best part of being in San Antonio was being able to have dinner with our friends Mary & David and their little 5 1/2 month old little girl Jaycee, we met Mary and David in Puerto Vallarta, MX two years ago, so it was really nice to see them again. We also were able to have dinner with Brett's cousin Kayrn and her little boy Ben.

(Our internet connection will not allow me to upload photos...to be cont.)
